Getting sf-active:
The current sf-active tag version is sfactive_v0_9_4 for sf-active v0.9.4 -- it is highly recommended that you install this version of the software. Current cvs may not work! To obtain sf-active from CVS, do:
cvs checkout -r sfactive_0_9_4 sf-active

More information about cvs:
  • cvs requires a login to access code repositories. to get read-only anonymous access, use the following cvs root:
    cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.codecoop.org:/cvsroot/sf-active login
    and logon with an empty password.

    to get the tagged release do this:
    cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.codecoop.org:/cvsroot/sf-active checkout -r sfactive_0_9_4 sf-active

    to get the current cvs do this:
    cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.codecoop.org:/cvsroot/sf-active checkout sf-active

  • to get a real account, contact a developer at imc-sf-active@indymedia.org (note: this is a public mailing list)

  • you can browse the cvs repository via your web browser at http://codecoop.org/plugins/scmcvs/cvsweb.php/?cvsroot=sf-active

  • cvs is a source control and versioning tool. cvs is an open source program that can be run from the command line (cvshome.org) or through a graphical interface (cvsgui.org).
